1. Estonian Autosport Union’s (EASU) Media Tabard will give the rights to the Tabard holder to be outside of the spectators area in the Special Stage to capture photos or video, but NOT in the danger zones, safety envelopes and behind them; but NOT in the danger zones, safety envelopes and behind them;
2. EASU Media Tabard holder MUST NOT be in the Parc Ferme, Time Control Zones, Danger Zones;
3. EASU Media Tabard holder is fully responsible for its own safety and acknowledging all the dangers and risks of autosport;
4. EASU Media Tabard holder is aware of the possible consequences of the autosport accidents (body injuries, death);
5. EASU Media Tabard holder is acknowledging that he/she will use the rights of EASU Media Tabard holder by it’s own responsibilitty and in case of accident, EASU is not responsible for the consequences and the Media Tabard holder CANNOT accuse EASU for the consequences;
6. EASU Media Tabard holder is acknowledging that the EASU insurance policies WILL NOT cover the cost of damages of Tabard Holder’s assets or its health.
